Roger came to us with a strong belief: the best deal in a procurement process is always a win-win. They needed a site that communicated this without sounding like every other consultancy.
The brief
Roger is a procurement consultancy that helps bidding parties win tenders and purchasing parties run smarter, more innovative procurement processes. We designed and built the marketing site, including motion-driven sections that reinforce the win-win narrative across the visitor experience.
What we solved
Procurement consulting is a category dominated by sites that read like LinkedIn About pages: dry, list-heavy, light on personality. Roger had to look as confident as the boutique strategy firms they compete with while also being warm enough to feel approachable to mid-market companies that don't normally hire consultancies.
How we got there
We designed the site around the dual-audience structure (bidders and buyers) with each getting their own clear narrative path. Rive-powered motion brings the win-win idea to life across the homepage. The case study pages use editorial layout choices that feel closer to a magazine feature than a service page. Webflow lets the Roger team update content themselves post-launch.
What we shipped
The marketing site has a split-audience hero similar to the GoTokyo approach, with Rive animations on key value-prop sections. Case studies are featured prominently. Booking flow is short and sits one click from any page. The whole system can be maintained by Roger's internal marketing team without engineering support.
What changed for the client
Roger launched with the new brand and site. Inbound from the marketing site doubled within the first quarter, with most leads citing the case study layout as the moment they decided to reach out.
