Social Bites came to us with a clear two-sided thesis: local venues want creator marketing, creators want comp meals and free experiences. The platform that connects them at scale could win both.

01Overview

The brief

Social Bites is a creator network platform. Creators sign up to collaborate with local venues (restaurants, bars, salons, hotels) in exchange for content. Venues sign up to book creators for marketing campaigns. We built the brand, the creator-facing mobile app, and the venue-facing web app over a fourteen-week engagement.

02Challenge

What we solved

Two-sided creator marketplaces have to solve the chicken-and-egg problem cold. Without creators, venues won't sign up. Without venues, creators won't engage. The product had to onboard both sides quickly and prove value within the first session, with a brand that signaled quality without feeling exclusive.

03Approach

How we got there

We split the design clearly across two surfaces: a mobile app for creators (who manage everything from their phone) and a web app for venue managers (who run the business from a laptop). Both share visual language but optimize for vastly different jobs. We worked with the founding team on the seed creator program to seed both sides simultaneously at launch.

04Solution

What we shipped

The creator app surfaces nearby venue opportunities with one-tap apply, a content calendar for booked collaborations, and earnings tracking. The venue web app handles creator browsing, booking, content review, and analytics. Both surfaces share a single source of truth.
